In the clothing inspection, the measurement and verification of the size of each part of the clothing is a necessary step, and it is also an important basis to judge whether this batch of clothing is qualified.

01Measuring tools and requirements
Clothing inspection
Measurement tool: use a tape measure or ruler with a grading value of 1mm
Measurement requirements:
Finished product size measurement is generally used for lighting, the illumination is not less than 600 lx, and north air light lighting can also be used when possible.
The finished product should be measured measurement, button (or zipper), skirt hook, trouser hook, etc. For the finished products that cannot be amortized, other methods can be adopted, such as half-fold measurement, border measurement, etc. For the finished product with pull-back size requirements, it shall be stretched to the maximum measurement without broken suture and fabric deformation.
When measuring, each size must be accurate to 1mm.

Top is long and top length
From the highest point of the predecessor shoulder seam to spread the vertical volume to the bottom side
Or from the back collar socket flat vertical to the bottom edge
Clothing size
Skirt length of skirt length
Skirt: from the left waist along the side seam to the bottom of the skirt
Dress: from the highest point of the predecessor shoulder seam to the bottom of the skirt, or from the rear collar socket to the bottom of the skirt.
Clothing size check
Pants length trousers length
From the waist mouth along the side seam spread vertical to the leg
Clothing size check
Chest circumference chest / chest circumference
Button (or zip), front and back body flat, horizontal transverse along the bottom of the sleeve hole (calculated by around).
Clothing size check
Waist circumference of waist circumference
Button (or zipper), skirt hook, trouser hook, front and back body flat, along the waist or waist mouth transverse (to the surrounding calculation).
Total shoulder width of shoulder width
Button (or zip), front and back flat, by the cross point of the rotator cuff seam.
Led with a large collar width
Spread horizontal collar collar;
Other collars are lower, except for special collars.
Sleeve length is sleeve length
Round sleeve from the highest point of the sleeve mountain to the middle of the cuff line;
The rotator cuff is measured from the rear collar socket to the middle of the cuff line.
Hip circumference, hip circumference
Button (or zipper), skirt hook, trouser hook, front and back body flat, along the middle of the hip width (calculated by the surrounding).
The lateral seam is lengthof side seam long
The front and rear body is flat, along the side seam, from the sleeve hole to the bottom side.
Bottom circumference, bottom hem circumference
Button on the button (or close the zipper), skirt hook, trouser hook, front and back body spread flat, along the bottom side transverse volume (calculated by the surrounding).
Dorsal width of back width
Spread the transverse sleeve seam along the narrowest part of the back of the garment.
The cuff hole was deep in the depth ofscye
From the vertical volume in the posterior collar fossa to the lowest horizontal position of the cuff hole.
Belt circumference of waistband circumference
Spread the amount along the bottom of the belt (calculated around). The elastic belt shall be stretched to the maximum size measurement
The inner length is inside leg length from the bottom of the crotch to the leg.
Straight crotch crotch depth
From the waist to the bottom of the crotch.
Foot mouth width is bottom leg hem circumference
Horizontal amount along the foot of the pants, to calculate around.
Shoulder length of shoulder length
From the highest point of the left shoulder slit of the predecessor to the rotator cuff intersection.
Coleck depth neck drop
Measure the vertical distance between the front neckline and the rear collar socket.
