Due to the large quantity, patching is not performed. Therefore, when purchasing sequin fabrics, depending on the strictness of your product, increase the loss budget.

Sequin fabrics often have an obvious seam position outside 30cm (the sequins overlap or the interval is too large). The working principle of the embroidery machine is to embroider a piece of fabric with more than a dozen or more machine heads. There is often no consistent connection between the heads. This is not because the mechanical parts are not accurate enough, but because the fabric will move during the embroidery process, which cannot be controlled by humans. All factory production is the same.
cropping method
The more layers of electric shearing, the more severe the bead pieces will fall. Try to cut as few layers of fabric as possible to reduce the situation of falling pieces. If possible, use laser cutting method to preserve the integrity of the bead pieces to the greatest extent. No matter which cutting method is used, the dropped piece is only a local fragment of the selvage, and does not affect the tightness of the internal bead particles.
