(2) Suitable range of process and precautions: it is generally suitable for thinner fabrics, thicker or hard fabrics are not suitable for beating, because they cannot be shrunk and there is no elasticity.
3. Embroider
(1) Computer routine embroidery
1. Conventional computer embroidery: conventional computer embroidery can embroider all kinds of patterns needed according to the design manuscript, cut piece embroidery or embroidery into lace.
2. Process suitable range and precautions: embroidery process can be used in the local or large area of the garment, if you need to go through the high temperature pattern, the shrinkage and elasticity of the fabric should not be too large, because it is easy to cause the pattern is not uniform when it is fixed at high temperature, and the edge of the elastic large fabric is easy to scatter, not uniform.
(2)Computer water-soluble embroidery
1. Water-soluble embroidery features: Water-soluble embroidery is an embroidery process, which is embroidered into a piece of cloth according to the design manuscript on hot-soluble or cold-soluble paper or embroidered into a cut piece, lace, etc.;
2. Suitable range of process and precautions: the conventional parts can be embroidered according to the piece of cloth, the need to cut the lace or curved cut according to the piece of embroidery, because the length of a single embroidery line is limited, the piece of cloth embroidery will exist knot phenomenon, can not be avoided, try to avoid cutting. The embroidery thread of the flower-shaped connection part should not be too thin to avoid breakage.
(Note: hot melt paper will melt after high temperature cooking, low embroidery cost, conventional use of hot melt paper, cold melt paper into water can be dissolved, the cost is higher.)
(3)Computer cloth embroidery
1. Computer fabric embroidery: The difference between computer fabric embroidery and computer conventional embroidery is that the fabric is sent to the embroidery factory, embroidered on the fabric according to the pattern, and then cut according to the position specified by the paper pattern;
2. Suitable range of process and precautions: the scope of application and precautions are basically the same as the conventional embroidery process, the fabric shrinkage and elasticity of the larger fabric should not be embroidered, because of the poor stability at too high temperature and when setting, the pattern is not uniform.
(4)Hollow embroidery
1. Hollow embroidery features: hollow embroidery, as the name suggests, is to do some hollow processing on the surface of the fabric, according to the design of pattern embroidery, can be hollow embroidery cloth can also cut pieces of local embroidery;
2. Suitable range of process and precautions: Regular materials with good density can be hollow embroidery. Sparse, density is not good enough fabric should not be hollow embroidery, easy to loose, embroidery edge off (example: 75D chiffon).
(5)Applique embroidery

5.Handmade flowers

13.Wash ACID Wash

Sample clothes can be divided into product washing, semi-finished product washing, fabric washing, etc. The design can require washing water according to their needs;
2. Suitable range of process and precautions: styles with embroidery and other processes should try to choose washing fabrics or semi-finished products to wash water, which can avoid quality hazards caused by washing water. 14. Printing

2. Suitable range of process and precautions: The material is recommended to choose the fabric of chemical fiber, because the flower needs to undergo high temperature fixation, silk, 100% cotton fabric will change color after high temperature. Mesh, coated fabrics are not suitable for printing, the pigment is easy to fall off. Foam fabric is not suitable for digital printing process, because the cloth is easy to draw yarn.
15.Laser laser
1. Laser laser features: Laser laser is to cut the fabric into various shapes through the laser, which can be cut into strips or hollowed out into various patterns;
2. Suitable range of process and precautions: It is recommended to choose chemical fiber fabric, 100% natural fiber fabric should not be laser laser, easy to loose. Triacetate fabric can not be laser, blended fabrics need to be tested to see if it can be cut. The parts that contact the skin, such as collar, clip, etc. should not be cut by laser, so as not to prick people when wearing.
